Integrated monitoring of loads or SSR malfunction ensures a timely failure detection and so scrap and rework costs in production plants are kept to a minimum. SSRs with a communication interface embrace Industry 4.0. Data is accessible from SSRs in real time and can be used to predict machine abnormalities in a timely manner to avoid stoppages. Carlo Gavazzi also offers a range of accessories that complement the solid state relay solutions, such as heatsinks, terminal adaptors, protection covers and thermal interfaces.
